Meeting: Saturday December 17, 2005 6 PM. Be sure to work on some holiday tunes!
Hey, gang, it's time to eat Christmas goodies and/or Hanukkah goodies and/or Kwanzaa goodies and/or any other kind of holiday goodies you care to whip up. For our December meeting, we always plan to just sit around and eat and play music (if you're able after stuffing all that food down the hatch).
The club will provide a meat dish and bread and some drinks, and the rest of you can bring whatever you'd like to share. A suggestion might be for each person to bring a large veggie dish or a large dessert dish, or maybe a small one of each. We promise that you get to take anything not eaten back home with you, so it won't be wasted. Last year, we had a bit of meat and some rolls left over, and we knew of a family in the church that could use them, so that's where it went.
Work up some carols or other seasonal songs, or just anything you would like to share in the playaround that follows dinner. We will scrounge up some tables and chairs for dining, then have a playaround for a bit, then we can all roll on back home. Remember, that will be on Saturday, December 17th, and we'll open up the doors around 6:00 PM and plan to eat at about 6:30. Y'all come!

Its our traditional pot luck dinner! Be sure to bring:
Wow another year? Where did the time go? So what can we look forward to at this years dinner? Perhaps a lively jam of Grandma got run over by a Raindeer. Perhaps not. Maybe not-quite hit tunes like "I'm getting nothin' for Christmas" or "Merry Christmas From the Family". Maybe even "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus". Its the season for "seasoning".. lets see how you spice it up! Play us a fun tune!
And the newsletter.. it should have a new look and a new editor! Guess who? Care to volunteer?
Stay "tuned"!
